Welcome

Training, Education, and Accountability in Christian Homes (T.E.A.C.H.) is a homeschool group serving York County, Maine and beyond. We meet the first Tuesday of each month (September through May - excluding December) in the Fellowship Hall of the South Waterboro Bible Chapel. The church is located at 911 Main Street (Route 202) Waterboro. The church's website has written directions, just click the "Map & Directions" link on the left of the page. We're providing MapQuest directions here for those of us who are more visual. Please be sure to check our calendar and newsletter for details of coming events, meetings and workshops.

And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might. And these words which I am commanding you this day shall be [first] in your [own] minds and hearts; [then] You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up. (Deut. 6:5-7 The Amplified Bible)

Points of Interest

We've changed out meeting date back to TUESDAY nights! The 2009-2010 Membership Form and Welcome Letter are available for download.

Thanks to the efforts of Jen Mallett, TEACH is now a member of Scripps National Spelling Bee! Our Bee is scheduled for December 10th, (snow date January 7th) to ensure our 6-8th grade winner can move on to the County Spelling Bee in February.  Study Sheets are available, contact Heidi or Jen if you haven't received yours. As in the past, first - fifth graders will be challenged by individual grade level, the sixth, seventh and eighth graders will be challenged together. Best of luck to all participants!
